Returns & Exchanges

At Fivem Dealership, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
